When to Apply for Medicare Advantage 2019
The most frequently asked question about Medicare Advantage Plans is when do I apply for them and the second question is how do I do it? We’re here to help you answer both of those questions as well as help guide you in the right direction for picking the best Medicare options for you in 2019.
To apply for Medicare Advantage Plans for 2019, you need to know the open enrollment dates. These run from October 15, 2018, to December 7, 2018. During this annual enrollment period, you can enroll, but most importantly make changes to your coverage. You can use this time to switch from original Medicare to Medicare Advantage Part C Plans. During this time, you can also drop your Advantage Plan and enroll in a Medicare supplement plan and a Part D Prescription Drug Plan.
Medicare supplement plans can help you cover medical expenses not covered by original Medicare. Extended hospital stays and extra preventive care are just some of the additional items covered by Medicare supplemental insurance plans.
Because choosing the right Medicare option is a critical decision that will impact your insurance and out of pocket expenses for an extended period, its important to contact us to discuss what choices are best for you before or during the Annual Election Period. We can help you rest easy knowing you picked the correct coverage that fits your individual needs and budget.

"After having secondary insurance coverage for ten years with a large national insurance company that had extremely poor customer relations skills (and a company representative who rarely would return my calls), it was like a breath of fresh air to have found Rebecca through my financial planner.
Rebecca is the consummate professional. She responds to telephone calls and emails in a timely manner; she is very knowledgeable about a variety of insurance products; she describes these options with respect, clarity, and patience; and, her empathy, and kindness are beyond reproach. In short, the name of her business is so appropriate, because she is, without a doubt, a woman of INTEGRITY!"
